I am able to offer information and assistance on issues that could arise during the normal course of lactation and breastfeeding/chestfeeding, including education and preparation during pregnancy; latch and positioning help; and bottlefeeding, pumping, and back-to-work-or-school strategies. We can arrange for a home visit (at a rate of $50/hour), or I can refer you to a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), if needed.

I am have also been trained and certified as a childbirth education teacher through The Childbirth Education Association of Metropolitan New York (CEA/MNY). Lactation education training was a significant part of this program.
